Return & Exchange Information
If you need to return your products, please follow these guidelines.
Firstly, you must report your intention to return via email at insidehouseinteriors@outlook.com within 14 working days from the date of purchase. Secondly, please ensure that all items being returned are undamaged and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Please note that a 30% restocking charge will be applicable for all returned orders. This will be deducted from your refund amount. Additionally, it is important to mention that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, so you will be responsible for arranging and covering the delivery expenses. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. The refund amount will be returned to the same card that was used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account. If you have any further questions or concerns regarding our return policy, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you throughout the process. Damaged goods If you receive damaged goods, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will make the process of resolving this issue as smooth as possible. To initiate the return process, we kindly request that you follow these simple steps within 24 hours of receiving the damaged products: Take a clear photo of the damaged item(s), showcasing the extent of the damage. Write a brief description of the damage, providing any relevant details. Please send the photo and description via email to insidehouseinteriors@outlook.com. Once we receive your email, our team will promptly assess the situation and arrange for the collection of the damaged product(s). Rest assured, we will then resend the product(s) to you at no additional cost. Thank you for your cooperation, and we apologize once again for any inconvenience caused. We appreciate your understanding as we work diligently to rectify this situation swiftly and effectively.
